Color Challenge #5

Today I bring you another color challenge. Only this time, instead of using a random color generator, I went to another challenge blog and decided to play along in their color challenge.

This week I went to Your Next Stamp and used their colors:

Here are my entries:

A bookmark and a Gothic arch atc. I also made these items for a couple swaps on swapbot. Here is a rundown of how I made them. I'll start with the atc:

The swap on swapbot for the gothic arc said we had to use ribbon, lace, or beads. Here are a few materials I used:

I attached the lace with mod podge:

I attached a piece of ribbon to my card using a brad:

When I stuck the beads on, I poured them over a line of glue over a bowl, to catch what I didn't use:

And here it is:

For my bookmark I really wanted to use a flourish so I cut a few out using my cricut:

I made my background using the scraping method:

I painted my elements, some with sparkle podge:

Last thing I did was run it through my laminating machine and added a ribbon (I probably would have used the same ribbon as my atc, but somehow I misplaced it):

And that my friends is my latest color challenge😃
